Cabin Management Solutions, LLC (CMS) was born out of the frustration and pain associated with the current generation of cabin control and entertainment systems. These systems have been long known for their extensive lead times, multi-month installations, exorbitant NRE charges and software development that is painful at best. CMS was formed to change how customers view Cabin Management and In-Flight Entertainment (IFE).

Empire 24 Port Switch
The backbone of the Empire IFE system is the 10G Ethernet Switch. This switch acts as the central hub, connecting all Encoders and Decoders. It enables distribution of all IFE content throughout the cabin. The switch receives control commands from the Evolve Cabin Management System through a 100BaseT Ethernet connection. These commands are used to switch or change Audio/Video sources and are applied over the Cat 6 Ethernet network.
