The A/V Switcher is a high-powered audio and video signal routing matrix. This unit is the sole means of routing high quantities of audio and video signals in the Elite system. This A/V Switcher is ideal for larger aircraft equipped with multiple monitor and speaker outputs. The A/V Switcher consists of 4 Composite Video Inputs 4 SDI Inputs 4 HDMI inputs with 2 unswitched loop-outs 4 Composite Video Outputs 4 SDI Outputs 4 HDMI Outputs 12 Analog Audio In ports 16 Analog Audio Out ports RS-232 Connection (Control) RS-232 (TTL debug) Connection for maintenance 


The Elite Media Panel receives video signals from USB-C and HDMI, converts them to Cat6 HDBaseT and outputs them to the Elite Receiver Dongle. The Elite Media Panel also extracts audio signals from the HDMI and USB-C as well as a Bluetooth 5.0 signal and output the audio over two independently controlled audio outputs. The device also supports USB-A and USB-C charging. The most common ports on the Elite media panels include: USB-C charging and video USB-A charging HDMI video input Bluetooth Audio Sink 2X RJ45 for Cat6 Ethernet Output 2X Analog Audio Outputs

The Elite Receiver Dongle pairs with the Elite Media panel to convert the Cat6 HDBaseT video signal back to HDMI, which can then be output to any installed monitor. 


The Dual HDMI Input Panel is used as the customer facing interface to the A/V Switcher Unit. This device can be installed in a closet or credenza to allow for COTs devices to be connected into the Elite A/V ecosystem. High-quality HDMI cables will be run from the back of the device directly to the corresponding HDMI inputs on the A/V Switcher.

The High-Definition monitors are meant for bulkhead and galley applications. These 16X9 displays are capable of playing video formats up to 1080P. They are equipped with multiple mounting points which allow for both proud and flush mount applications. They can be programmed for both portrait or landscape orientation based on installation needs as well as the capability for the touchscreen on all displays 24” and under in size.
