Aircraft make, model and serial number.

All equipment being returned to CMS for any reason must have an RMA.  Equipment received without an RMA will be quarantined until the RMA process is completed.

    Please read and review Terms and Conditions in Quote or Dealer Agreement and allow 48hours for a response.

    Submitting RMA will send it to service@cmsaero.com.

    Custom Order Items: On custom products that are not stock items, we cannot accept cancellations or returns.

    Returned Item: No product shall be returned without CMS approval and RMA number written on the outside of the box.

    Any merchandise returned without a valid RMA will be subject to a service fee.

    Return as New: All returned articles must not have flight time to be categorized as “NEW”. CMS will investigate damage to determine Warranty or non-Warranty. Rotatable Spares are available during the investigation period.
